A proposed 38-story tower on Ocean Drive in South of Fifth, on the two-acre site of the 1937 Savoy Hotel. Plans call for 90 private condominium residences averaging roughly 2,000 square feet, a 76-key hotel, and a ground-floor beach club, with architecture by Arquitectonica.
