Eight storeys on a 20,970-square-foot corner where Lincoln Avenue meets SW 27th Avenue, a three-minute walk from the restaurants, shops and marinas at the centre of Coconut Grove. Frank Paredes drew the building as a set of stacked, rounded bays rather than a flat slab, and Cité Arquitetura of Rio de Janeiro consulted on the façade: vertical timber-toned fins wrap the corners, and every balcony carries a planted edge, so the elevation reads as canopy rather than curtain wall.
