What are Surf Row Residences prices and floor plans?
Surf Row crossed 50% sold in August 2026, leaving roughly 12 of the 24 residences. Released pricing on the May 2026 availability sheet ran from $1,375,000 for a 1 bed + den at 1,089 SF to $3,595,000 for a 3 bed + den at 2,195 SF; the highest contract recorded to date is $4,995,000 for a 2,524 SF residence, or $1,979 per square foot. Not every remaining home is publicly released — request the current sheet.
What is the deposit structure?
30% at contract, 10% at project top-off, and the 60% balance at closing.
When is estimated completion?
2027. The project broke ground in late 2025 and closed a $30.5 million construction loan from Maxim Capital Group in March 2026 to fund vertical construction.
Are the residences furnished?
Residences deliver with LD&D-specified finishes — Miele appliances, Dekton counters, custom cabinetry, and spa-style bathrooms. A complete furnishings package by RH, designed exclusively for Surf Row, is available as an option. All shared amenity spaces are RH-furnished as standard.
Is Surf Row Residences oceanfront?
No. Surf Row sits at 8800 Collins Avenue, one block west of the sand, with beach butler service and beach equipment provided on request. Surfside's oceanfront parcels are effectively built out; this is a low-rise block within walking distance of both the beach and Bal Harbour Shops.
