Twelve stories of transparent glass on a beachfront parcel where Collins Avenue meets 93rd Street. Bernardo Fort-Brescia drew the building as a set of curves rather than a stack of floor plates. Wraparound balconies do the structural talking: clear glass railings, up to twelve feet deep, with wood-like ceiling accents that carry the eye out over the sand.
