The two towers sit on 327 feet of Miami River frontage directly across from Brickell City Centre. Viñoly designed them as a pair of offset slab forms that separate as they rise and reconnect through Faena Rose, a three-story Sky Bridge on floors 61 through 64, suspended nearly 700 feet above the city.
