Bugatti Residences Miami rises 60 stories on a roughly one-acre Miami River assemblage at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, with more than 300 feet of river frontage that opens east toward Biscayne Bay and the Downtown skyline. The site sits in Brickell's urban core, near Brickell City Centre, Interstate 95, Brightline, and Miami International.
